Refund policy

As our products are made from recycled materials, minor imperfections and variance are expected and not considered defects. We do not provide returns, refunds nor exchanges except in the case of damage upon delivery or misshipment (i.e. wrong or missing items). In such instances, please kindly contact us immediately at hello@tmgr.sg upon reception of your order so we can make things right.

We will require you to produce the original receipt and where applicable, item(s) to be replaced, in their original packaging and unused condition. 

Orders returned without prior written agreement will not be accepted.
